The Consumer Vertical hosted its third in-person manager training session at the Orland Park, IL office. This two-day event provided hands-on training in UKG Recruiting, Onboarding, Self-Service, Time MD, and safety processes.
Maggie Pedraza, People Operations Business Partner, led an insightful HR session, while Operations Administrators Sheena Litt and Amanda Vanek facilitated the training, ensuring all questions were addressed.
Participants also enjoyed a “Taste of Chicago” during lunch breaks. A special thanks to Lisa Ostermann and Phil Wright for their support in making this training a success!
