Ciara Lilly

Ciara Lilly has been with Diversified Maintenance for 12 years, serving as the Senior Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion. She is responsible for masterminding and executing the nationwide strategy for diversity, equity, inclusion, and supplier diversity. Ciara finds great fulfillment in her role, as it allows her to do meaningful work and make a positive impact. Outside of work, Ciara maintains a scholarship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and enjoys mentoring young leaders as they begin their careers. Her dedication to nurturing future talent reflects her commitment to making a difference both professionally and personally.
