Our Vendor Management Department is dedicated to sourcing and qualifying new vendors committed to quality service. They assist our operators with the vendor selection process, verify legal and insurance requirements, and ensure vendors provide quality service through ongoing assessments and audits.
We continuously monitor the performance of our Sub-Partners through regular quality assurance audits and evaluations. Field Managers use real-time data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any service anomalies and take corrective action.
All Sub-Partners are required to provide a 24-hour emergency contact number as part of their qualification process. This ensures that we can address any urgent issues promptly and maintain uninterrupted service quality for our customers. Our Field Managers also provide immediate support and resolve any emergencies that may arise.
Our sub-partner selection process involves a thorough evaluation to ensure high standards are met. Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and provide at least 2 references. They must also possess all necessary legal documents to work in the United States, meet insurance requirements, provide licenses and certifications, and offer a 24-hour emergency contact number. Additionally, vendors must adhere to our Privacy Agreement to protect customer interests.
